Summer Three-Country Region Gourmet Week

Enjoy either unique days or a whole week in the breathtaking Samnaun mountain summer with wellness to dream of and daily gourmet highlights from Bernd Fabian's starred cuisine.

• Saturday, 3 August 2024: Appetiser buffet with specialities from the border triangle of Switzerland, Italy and Austria & Chasa Montana gourmet dishes from the kitchen of star chef Bernd Fabian.
• Sunday, 4 August 2024: Champagne aperitif, welcome & international gala dinner, followed by cheese tasting with cheese sommelier Thomas Monsberger with selected sweet wine rarities included.
• Monday, 5 August 2024: Italian gourmet menu with star chef Bernd Fabian and Michele d'Arienzo.
• Tuesday, 6 August 2024: Austrian gourmet menu from the starred kitchen of Bernd Fabian.
• Wednesday, 7 August 2024: Swiss gourmet menu from the Michelin-starred kitchen of Bernd Fabian.
• Thursday, 8 August 2024: Kitchen party with star chef Bernd Fabian & winemaker visit. From 18:00 you will taste wines from a special winery in a relaxed atmosphere. From 19:00 (until 20:00) Bernd Fabian welcomes you to his kitchen. Enjoy the first course in Bernd Fabian's realm and watch the chefs at work.   
• Friday, 9 August 2024: Gourmet menu followed by an Italian-Austrian-Swiss dessert buffet. 

From 21:30: Tasting of rarities in the wine cellar with host and qualified sommelier Daniel Eisner. Two special mature wines each from Austria, Italy and Switzerland will be tasted. Price: CHF 50,- per person. The tasting is included for all guests staying at least 4 nights - registration required at reception.
