The ZEGG Hotels & Stores consist of three hotels & eight shops in Samnaun, which are characterised by products and services in the premium segment and by a family structure and friendly atmosphere. Each individual team member brings their personal skills and strengths to the company so that both sides experience a successful collaboration. Often it is the ZEGG Hotels & Stores that are the springboard to an international career for young people. In our unique valley at 1850 metres above sea level, our employees and guests not only experience a unique microclimate (the trees grow up to 2300 metres above sea level), but also a unique fusion of three countries.
Samnaun itself offers breathtaking nature, one of the most beautiful ski areas in the world and wonderful excursion destinations within a radius of 100 km. Innsbruck, Merano, Lake Constance, everything is quite close. Even an excursion to Lake Garda or Venice are extremely recommendable tips with two free days!
To help you balance your private interests and free time with your job, our employment contracts are based on a 5-day week. Our department heads are encouraged to include their staff in the schedules so that you can make the best use of your free time. Our staff often spend their free time together skiing, playing football, tennis or disc golf, swimming, hiking, biking, ice skating and sometimes partying.
We offer our new team members extensive information and assistance even before they start work. Foreign employees in particular are not very familiar with Swiss customs, laws and rules. Our Human Resources department organises everything for you, from accommodation and work permits to health insurance. This makes it easy for you to concentrate on what you do best - your job - right from the start. The heads of department guarantee you a thorough induction into your field of activity and all the necessary documentation.
