Pleasure is in the eye of the beholder. The creations at our gourmet hotel in the Engadin are presented in an artfully modern way and yet are authentic and natural in taste. Gault-Millau- and Michelin Star chef Bernd Fabian and his team achieve this high standard with the finest ingredients from Tyrol, South Tyrol and the Engadin region, with a talent for haute cuisine and just the right amount of passion.
