The sommeliers

The four of them are yearlong certified sommeliers. While Daniel Eisner & Thomas Monsberger together have over worked closely for a decade with the Montana wine cellar and perfectly know all the wines, Michaela and Stefan still discover new labels now and again. Since September 2015, the deputy restaurant manager Jerom Nicke is in the middle of his sommelier education too. There is nothing more satisfying for our sommeliers than picking the right wine from the cellar for you and to celebrate wine culture.
