Enjoy either unique days or a whole week in the breathtaking Samnaun mountain summer with dreamlike wellness and daily gourmet highlights from 17-toque Gault Millau chef Bernd Fabian.
Saturday, 8 August 2026: Starter buffet with specialities from the border triangle of Switzerland, Italy and Austria & Chasa Montana gourmet dishes from 17-toque Gault Millau chef Bernd Fabian.
Sunday, 9 August 2026: Champagne aperitif, welcome & international gala dinner, followed by cheese tasting with cheese sommelier Thomas Monsberger, including selected rare sweet wines.
Monday, 10 August 2026: Italian gourmet menu with chef Bernd Fabian.
Tuesday, 11 August 2026: Austrian gourmet menu from 17-toque Gault Millau chef Bernd Fabian
Wednesday, 12 August 2026: Swiss gourmet menu by 17-toque Gault Millau chef Bernd Fabian
Thursday, 13 August 2026: Kitchen party with 17-toque Gault Millau chef Bernd Fabian & visit to a winemaker. From 6 p.m., you can taste wines from this special winery in a relaxed atmosphere. From 7 p.m. (until 8 p.m.), Bernd Fabian welcomes you to his kitchen. Enjoy the first course in Bernd Fabian's realm and watch the chefs at work.
Friday, 14 August 2026: Gourmet menu followed by an Italian-Austrian-Swiss dessert buffet.
From 9:30 p.m.: Rare wine tasting in the wine cellar with host and certified sommelier Daniel Eisner. Two mature special wines from Austria, Italy and Switzerland will be tasted. Price to be announced. The tasting is included for all guests staying at least four nights at the hotel – registration at reception is required.
