The chef & his team

Bernd Fabian comes from Vorarlberg in Austria and is an avid chef since more than 20 years. His love for the products and the profession of chef originated from his passion and connection with nature. In winter, 16 cooks and 5 assistants from 5 different nations are present in his kitchen. Bernd Fabian came to work for us in June 2015. He used to cook at Carlton in St. Moritz, one of the most well-established hotels in Switzerland.
