Season Closing Wine Dinner

MARTIN DONATSCH – ICONIC WINEMAKER from Malans joins us for the “SEASON CLOSING WINE DINNER”!

For decades, Donatsch wines have ranked among the greatest of the Bündner Herrschaft. Father Thomas Donatsch is regarded as one of the true quality pioneers in Malans, and his son, Martin Donatsch, has earned cult status in Switzerland with his world-class Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.

Together with Martin Donatsch, we will taste 8 wines from the estate, paired with a spring menu created by Chef Bernd Fabian – of course, the white “UNIQUE” and red “UNIQUE” will also be part of the evening.

As a special highlight, we’ll finish with a tasting glass of the legendary PRIVÉE 2018 – more myth than wine!
