Grand Siècle Dinner by Laurent-Perrier
We begin with the Heritage Brut, followed by a comparison of the 2012 and 2015 Millésimé. After that, four different Grand Siècle will be served, and to finish, two rosés — including the exclusive Cuvée Alexandra from the 2004 vintage. Chef Bernd Fabian will once again prepare a perfectly coordinated menu to accompany it all, creating a feast for every sense.
