5th three countries gourmet week & wine event

Experience the already 5th "Dreiländereck-Gourmet Week" from 20th to 26th July 2019 at the Chasa Montana Hotel & Spa.

Gourmet Program:

  • Saturday 20.7.2019: Wine cellar tour at 7 pm with Swiss appetizers, host Daniel Eisner takes you to one of the biggest wine cellars in Switzerland with 20'000 bottles and opens something special from Switzerland for you (also when booking with breakfast for free). Then Dreiländereck gourmet menu from the star kitchen as part of the half board or at an additional cost of CHF 50 .-- when booking with breakfast.

  • Sunday, 21.7.2019: Champagne aperitif & international gala dinner, then three-country corner cheese tasting with Mâitre Fromager Thomas Monsberger at the cheese buffet as part of the half-board.

  • Monday, 22.7.2019: Austrian 5-course gourmet menu from the star kitchen as part of the half-board or at an additional cost of CHF 50 .-- per person when booking with breakfast.

  • Tuesday, 23.7.2019: Italian gourmet menu from the star kitchen as part of the half-board or at an additional cost of CHF 50 .-- per person when booking with breakfast.

  • Wednesday, 24.7.2019: Swiss gourmet menu from the star kitchen as part of the half-board or at an additional cost of CHF 50 .-- per person when booking with breakfast.

  • Thursday, 25.7.2019: Wine cellar tour at 19 o'clock with Italian appetizers, host Daniel Eisner takes you for the 2nd time this week in one of the largest wine cellars in Switzerland with 20'000 bottles and opens something special from Italy (also when booking with breakfast free). Then Samnauner gourmet menu from the star kitchen as part of the half board or at an additional cost of CHF 50 .-- when booking with breakfast.

  • Friday, 26.7.2019: Kitchen party with star chef Bernd Fabian & tasting with the estate Urbanushof by Paul Stierschneider from the Wachau in Austria. Chef Bernd Fabian is looking over his shoulder while cooking, enjoying Austrian gourmet finger food and fantastic wine from the Wachau region with Paul Stierschneider. Then we serve a special three-country corner gourmet menu (free of charge as part of the half board, surcharge for booking with breakfast CHF 50 .-- per person).
