As a lover of great Pinot Noirs, you will get your money's worth this time. Since the 1998 vintage, we have cultivated a special friendship with the makers of the rare CIPRIAN from Zizers in Graubünden. For us, Ciprian is now one of the best Swiss Pinots. The evening will be complemented by the Girlan Winery from South Tyrol, which produces one of the best Pinot Noir Riserva Vigna Ganger outside Burgundy. It is not intended to be a comparative battle between Switzerland and Italy, but rather an evening where wine lovers can experience special pleasure in a special ambience and get to know the difference between two great wine regions for Pinot Noir. The producers of the wines together with host and certified sommelier Daniel Eisner will lead through this culinary evening.
