Brine steam bath approx. 43°C

Our brine steam bath is a warm-air room with extremely high air humidity (approx. 95%). It stimulates the detoxification via the skin, sooths illnesses of the respiratory tract, and is ideal in case of muscle tensions, colds and coughs.

Sauna session: approx. 20 minutes

Biosauna approx. 55°C

Compared to the Finnish sauna this sauna has a lower temperature and higher air humidity (approx. 30%). Many people can therefore tolerate it easier than the Finnish sauna.

Aromatic steam room approx. 43°C

With a temperature of approximately 43°C and the interplay of moisture and natural aromas, this sauna stimulates circulation, loosens muscle tensions, cleanses the skin, and has a calming effect on the respiratory tract. Women can enjoy the aromatic steam room in our Lady SPA.

Sauna session: approx. 10-20 minutes

Infrared cabin

The infrared rays are absorbed by the skin and transported inside the body. The skin warms up from inside (deep heat) and the body can sweat without straining circulation. This deep heat results in a very good cleansing and detoxification effect. Furthermore, a positive effect on skin, joints and digestion is achieved. Muscle tensions are loosened and the sauna is gentle on the veins.

Duration: approx. 10-20 minutes

Panoramic sauna approx. 90°C & Lady sauna approx. 80°C

The Panoramic sauna & Lady sauna are the two Finnish saunas in the hotel, and also the most popular sauna form. The session is based on a recurring change of heating the body up and cooling it down again. Saunas in general improve the immune system, cleanse and detoxify the body, support the respiratory tract and strengthen the cardiovascular system. Sauna sessions are not recommended in case of circulatory problems, a tendency for thrombosis, extremely low or high blood pressure, in case of acute infections or acute rheumatism.

Sauna session: approx. 10-15 minutes

The Montana SPA is a nude area.
