More than 700 international top wines are part of our wine list (also many rarities).

The philosophy of the diplomated sommelier and wine lover Daniel Eisner consists in mediating his passion for the wine to the guests. His consultings to find the right wine to the right meals as well as his presentations become ceremonial experiences.

Grüner Veltliner Smaragd 2002 -

the discovery among white wines at the Vinexpo 2003 in Bordeaux. This indigenous Austrian vine variety of late vintage can get to a top form after years of storage. In the wine world the "Grüner Veltliner" has been considered till now a light, fruity, simple and acid-accented white wine. But blind degustations of older age groups proved that this wine can hardly be distinguished from great White Burgunders (f. ex. Puligny Montrachets or Meursaults). In our wine cellar there is a selection of the best "Grüner Veltliner" for our guests. The "Grüner Veltliners" from 2000 and 2001 now stand at the beginning of their perfect drinking maturity and offer an unforgettable taste. Of course, the "Grüne Veltliner Smaragd Honivogel" by Franz Hirtzberger from Spitz in der Wachau (A) mustn´t be missing. The "Grüner Veltliners" from 2001 and 2002 I personally constitue the top white wine hints on our more than 500 wines comprising wine card. Daniel Eisner
