Our Chef de Cuisine Markus Zeiser and his team take great pride in their creations. They are passionate about food and creative in its preparation. Only the freshest products are used, prepared à la minute.
The menu offers a variety of gourmet treats: seafood and freshwater specialities, venison, choice selections of lamb and veal, Barberie duck, quail, traditional Samnaun dishes as well as low calorie, low carb salads are just a part of what we can offer you.
Guests of the Wellness Hotel enjoy a five course set meal of their choice in summer and a six course set meal of their choice in winter. As our guests like to say: "La cuisine ça rend amoureux".
