Gault & Millau 2013 - 14 points
We are proud that the performance of our kitchen and service team in the "La Miranda" gourmet restaurant was awarded with 14 points by Gault Millau in 2013. We would like to congratulate our kitchen staff with chef de cuisine Johannes Partoll and our service team managed by certified sommelier Thomas Monsberger, and thank them for their big efforts. Our aim is to possibly achieve one more point next year. But even more important than the Gault Millau award is and remains the satisfaction of our guests.
Seal of Quality Level 2
In order to continuously renew, improve and check our quality, we participate at the quality programme of Swiss Tourism. In September 2012 we achieved Level 2 of the seal of quality. This will help us to assure the quality for our guests also in the future.
